288ven Platform Agreement

Welcome to 288ven, an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform available at https://288ven.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 288ven and any individual who accesses, browses or uses this Platform (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your").

By accessing any part of this Platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction — and that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Use of the Platform, and registration of an Account, is subject to the following eligibility criteria, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws of your own country of residence, whichever is greater. 288ven operates a strict adults-only policy. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or are under a guardianship order are not permitted to register.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling or sports betting is lawful in your country, territory or jurisdiction of residence. Users located in Pakistan are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related regulations may prohibit or restrict gambling activities. 288ven makes no representation that the Platform or any linked operator service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4. One Account Rule. Each User is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
5. Accurate Information. All registration information provided must be accurate, current and complete. You must promptly notify 288ven of any material change to your registration details. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6. Exclusion Checks. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by an operator or regulatory authority, must not register or continue to use the Platform in a manner that circumvents such exclusion.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a registered Account. The following provisions govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations with respect to Account security:

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates Applicable Laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), anti-money laundering statutes or any other relevant Pakistani legislation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, any related system or network, or any Account other than your own;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks for valid transactions or identity theft;
• Colluding with other users for the purpose of defrauding the Platform or any associated operator;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, pricing anomalies or system failures for financial gain;
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing promotional restrictions;
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive or harmful content through any communication feature of the Platform;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of any associated balance, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

288ven may from time to time describe, reference or illustrate bonus offers and promotional campaigns in its educational content. The following provisions apply to all such references:

The following provisions apply to the deposit of funds and the use of payment methods in connection with operator accounts accessed through or referenced on the Platform:

Withdrawal of funds from operator accounts is subject to the operator's own terms and conditions. 288ven provides the following guidance, which is educational in nature and does not guarantee any specific outcome:

• KYC Verification Required. Operators will typically require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete identity verification may result in withdrawal requests being delayed, restricted or denied.
• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawal of such funds prior to satisfying applicable rollover conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by operator, payment method, KYC status and the volume of pending transactions. 288ven makes no guarantee as to processing times. References to e-wallet withdrawals being "generally faster" are illustrative and not guaranteed.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits. Operators impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Users must refer to the operator's current cashier or help documentation for applicable limits.
• Right to Withhold. Operators reserve the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, identification of bonus abuse, or compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

288ven is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting users who may be at risk of developing gambling-related harm. The following provisions apply:

• Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. Access by minors is absolutely prohibited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling-related content.
• Responsible Gambling Tools. Users are strongly encouraged to utilise all available responsible gambling tools offered by operators, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. • Self-Exclusion. Users who believe they have a gambling problem should consider applying for self-exclusion from the relevant operator immediately. Self-exclusion applications must be made directly to the operator. Once applied, users must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.
• No Credit Gambling. You must not use credit, loans, borrowed funds or any form of credit facility to fund gambling activity. Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose is a significant indicator of problem gambling behaviour.
• Local Legal Restrictions. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may impose legal restrictions on gambling activity. Compliance with all applicable local laws is the sole responsibility of the user.

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, layout, design elements, logos, trademarks and the overall selection and arrangement of materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 288ven or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, republication or resale of any Content without express prior written consent from 288ven;
• Modification, creation of derivative works, or reverse engineering of any part of the Platform;
• Use of any Content for commercial purposes or in a manner that implies endorsement by 288ven;
• Systematic extraction of Content by means of scraping, data mining or similar automated techniques.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288ven, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, gambling losses or debts incurred by a user in connection with the Platform or any linked operator service;
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any educational content, bonus description, odds information or payment guide published on the Platform;
• Decisions made by independent operators regarding account suspension, withdrawal processing, bonus eligibility or KYC outcomes;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss or security breaches resulting from circumstances outside 288ven's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 288ven has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• The legality of online gambling in the user's jurisdiction or the consequences of the user engaging in online gambling in breach of applicable laws.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded in full, 288ven's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) PKR 1,000 or (b) any amounts directly paid by you to 288ven in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288ven reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and/or your Account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy;
• Submission of false, fraudulent or misleading registration or verification information;
• Engagement in any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion or abuse of promotional offers;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of an account;
• Discovery that the user is a minor or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3;
• Conduct that, in 288ven's reasonable judgment, is detrimental to the reputation, integrity or security of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. 288ven's right to terminate does not limit any other remedies available under law or equity.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 288ven is incorporated and operates. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory body in respect of activities conducted from outside Pakistan.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may exercise jurisdiction over disputes arising from activities that breach Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 288ven does not represent that the Platform or its operator partners are authorised under Pakistani law.

In the event of any dispute between you and 288ven arising from your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be specified in the operator's own terms and conditions.

288ven reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 288ven shall not be liable for any harm arising from a user's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
